01. Milestone-Based Billing
Milestone-based billing with written acceptance criteria. Payment terms are defined in the applicable SOW. Typical engagements are structured into clear milestones (e.g., 30% Deposit / 40% Staging Demo / 30% Production Launch), with funds released upon explicit sign-off.
Staging Preview Gate
Before releasing any milestone payment, you will test and verify the working software in a private Staging environment or via recorded Loom video walkthroughs. Funds are released strictly upon your explicit sign-off.
02. 30-Day Post-Launch Warranty
Every production deployment includes 30 days of complimentary bug-fixing, system stabilization, and performance monitoring. If any code-level defect is identified post-launch, our engineering team fixes it at zero extra charge. Applies to defects within the agreed delivered scope. New features, scope changes, third-party outages, and client-controlled infrastructure changes are excluded.
03. US Entity & 100% IP Protection
All Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) contracts are legally bound under VAULTRADAR LLC (Wyoming, Registered US Entity). Upon final milestone settlement, 100% of the software code, documentation, and intellectual property rights are automatically assigned to your company.
